PanyamCements is a small, independent site, so contact goes straight to the person who runs it — there’s no support queue or ticketing system behind it.
We read everything that comes in. There’s no guaranteed response time, but a clear subject line — naming the tool or page you mean — makes it much easier to answer quickly.
What’s useful to send
- A calculator giving a result that looks wrong — include the numbers you entered (for example, the dimensions in the Concrete Volume Calculator or the mix ratio in the Concrete Mix Ratio Calculator) so it can be checked
- A correction to something in the museum, learn, or blog content
- A tool or unit conversion you think is missing
- A broken link or display issue, with the browser or device you saw it on
What we can’t do
We can’t review your project, sign off on a structural design, or give engineering advice by email — the tools here produce planning estimates, not stamped calculations. For anything load-bearing or safety-related, a licensed structural engineer or qualified contractor familiar with your local building code is the right call, not this inbox.
